About your instructor
A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science, Kathy spent nearly 10 years working as a field biologist, in Hawaii, Montana, and primarily Alaska. Kathy and her husband, Omar, moved to Mexico 6 years ago and have lived in San Carlos for over 3 years, where Kathy began her formal practice, training and teaching of hatha yoga. She received her yoga certificate in 2009 through Yogafit. Kathy is excited to offer a yoga sunset class, where the setting is truly inspiring and the yoga will leave you refreshed, relaxed and ready for a peaceful night's sleep.
Sobre la maestra
Kathy es graduada en Ciencias por la Universidad de Michigan, y pasó alrededor de 10 años trabajando como bióloga de campo en Hawaii, Montana y sobre todo en Alaska, USA. Ella y su esposo, Omar, se mudaron a México hace 6 años y han residido en San Carlos por más de 3, dónde Kathy comenzó su práctica formal: entrenando y enseñando Hatha Yoga. Recibió su certificado/diploma de Yoga en el 2009 de Yogafit. Kathy está entusiasmada al ofrecer una clase de Yoga al atardecer, donde el escenario es verdaderamente inspirador y los ejercicios te harán sentir vigorizad@, relajad@ y list@ para dormir tranquilamente toda la noche.
